Snowflake
Our little meerkat with a wobbly charm!
Snowflake’s striking all-white coat, dotted with a few tiny black spots, and meerkat-like look, make her impossible to forget. She was brought to us by a kind trapper who couldn’t bear to return her to the streets. Her “wobbly cat” syndrome, cerebellar hypoplasia, affects her balance and coordination, making the outside world dangerous for her leaving her vulnerable to predators and cars.
Despite her shaky steps, Snowflake is full of kitten-like wonder. She’s shy and cautious, but gentle and sweet. She loves watching lizards, exploring little nooks, and taking epic naps throughout the day. Currently, she enjoys her safe haven in our pet medical office, where she receives gentle care and plenty of love.
