Oreo and his three siblings were left at our gate with a note that read: “We can’t keep them; we may be homeless by the weekend. Please care for them. Thank you.” From the very beginning, Oreo showed that even a rough start can’t dull his spirit – or his mischief.
At six years old, Oreo is full of clever ideas – and we can almost hear them! He keeps our staff on their toes, constantly testing boundaries and proving just how smart he is. His favorite pastime? Escaping his room to dart into the medical area, where the irresistible, smelly food awaits. Catching him often turns into a comedy routine, complete with playful chaos and a few “smacks” to remind the other cats who’s boss.
But Oreo isn’t all tricks – he has a soft side, too. He loves attention, rubs against you for pets, and enjoys quiet moments of affection when the mood strikes. His energy, cleverness, and charm make him unforgettable, and he’s proof that personality comes in all sizes (and levels of mischief).
