Before scheduling an appointment, please ensure the following:
Cats must weigh at least 2 pounds.
Cats should be in good health. Sick cats will not be accepted for surgery.
Cats must arrive in a secure hard plastic carrier or humane trap—no soft carriers or cardboard boxes.
One cat per carrier or trap.
Must arrive during scheduled drop-off hour.
Due to high demand, we have deposit and cancellation policies in place. Missed appointments are costly and reduce the number of cats we can help.
A $25 deposit per cat is required when booking an appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment; however, we offer flexibility for active trappers—please contact us as soon as possible if issues arise.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Please arrive on time for pick-up. A $20 late fee may apply for late pick-ups.
Owned cats must be up to date on vaccinations.
No cats over 5 years old.
For male cats, both testicles must be present at the time of surgery. We reserve the right to decline surgery if both testicles are not detected.
All owned cats (male and female) are required to have a recovery cone for post-op care. You may bring one with you at drop-off (to show proof you have one), or you will be charged $10 and provided with one. Cones will be placed on the cats when they arrive home. This requirement does not apply to community cats.
