Pick-Up and
Drop-Off Process
Before dropping off or picking up, please review the following:
- Drop off is between 8AM-9AM on scheduled appointment date.
- Cats should arrive in a secure hard carrier or trap.
- One cat per carrier/trap.
- Text the number listed on your confirmation to let us know you are here. Please stay in your car until we text to come in. This helps keep all of our patients safe and healthy.
- Please note: the phone number on confirmation is ONLY used on surgery day to help with check-in/pick-up.
- Upon arrival, our team will guide you through the check-in process.
- At this time, you may also add any additional services.
- Our team will let you know an estimated pick-up time when you check in. You will be contacted via phone when your cat is ready for pick up. You must arrive within an hour to check out, unless otherwise told by our staff.
TO HELP EXPEDITE THE DROP-OFF AND PICK UP PROCESS WE REQUEST THAT ALL OF THE ANIMAL INFORMATION BE FILLED OUT AND PAPERWORK SIGNED IN ADVANCE.
