A Love Story That Lasted: Parsnip’s Forever Valentine

This month, we’re celebrating Sara and Parsnip, who’s adoption journey reminds us why we do this work.

After spending years at PURRR, Parsnip found her person- and everything changed. From the moment they met, to the first night Parsnip realized that this is home, their story is one we never get tired of telling.

“As someone who has been volunteering and adopting from rescues for the last two decades, I can say with certainty that adopting from the PURRR Family was hands down the best experience I have had. First off, the facility is like Disney Land, and everyone who works there is so incredibly nice and let me go into every room to pet the different cats, which was one of the best days I have had (potentially ever). The cats are all so incredibly happy and sweet making it so hard to choose one! But I am so happy with my cat Parsnip- she’s just the cutest and sweetest girl, and PURRR is the only place I will be adopting cats forever now. 💗
